This five-day instructor-led course provides students with the knowledge and skills needed to develop applications in Microsoft Visual Basic® .NET for the Microsoft .NET platform. The course focuses on user interfaces, program structure, language syntax, and implementation details.

Prerequisites:
- Programming Experience Using other Languages, Tools, or 4GL's
- Experience using either Windows-95, Windows-98, or Windows NT Workstation 4
- Experience using any Windows based Applications such as Word, or Excel
- Understanding of Basic PC Networking
- Knowledge of very basic SQL is in advantage
- No prior Knowledge of Visual Basic is expected or assumed
